Netmarket And Credit Alert
Ripped off for past few months, seek refund, if possible

I have been debited for Credit Alert and Netmarket by what I thought was AOL. I did not order either of them. I now am reading horror stories by other who have experienced the same problem. What do I do? I have physical records on my bank statement for each of the debits.
