Ripoff I was ripped for $24.95 by City Bank thinking that they were the legal collectors for mp3downloadcity Internet

On September 1.2004 I tried to sign up with Napstet and City Bank came up as the bank through which the payment of $24.95 should be made for the legal connection.
I was given a user name and a password.

I have not been able to make contact since. I have been had.
