Bt-Ltd. Is a bogus company. I ordered the trial sample & never received it. I called them & they credited back the $2.95.
However, they didn't cancel my account. I had asked them to do so because I was moving. Sometime over the next few months (while I was in transit) they charged my card $169.95. I am now relocated & have noticed that this charge is on my credit card.
I tried contacting them but with no success. All of the info I have on this company is no longer any good. I am trying to get my credit card company to help me on this matter. They said that they will do their best since my husband is a US Marine & I had no access to my information during our transitional period.
Hopefully, enough people report this company so they can be stopped.
