I ordered on the internet a trial sample of ACAI for s/h of $1.95 only and a trial sample of POM for s/h of $4.95 only. I received these trial samples in separate envelopes with products not ordered - Hoodia and gum. I immediately notified my credit card company that these were unauthorized charges, except for the s/h agreed on each of the trial products.
I tried to contact CCN to return these products as the offer stated they could be returned - unused, unopened during the trial period. I was not able to get a return # from CCN. Finally I did get a return # and shipped all products back in the original envelopes packed in the same box. I used a USPS Signature Return Delivery Confirmation. This slip shows from USPS that the products were received and signed by S. Breska on 11/29/098 at the CCN, Largo FL location.
CCN continues to say they have NOT received the products and they continue to bill and rebill my credit card.
Any attempts at contacting them via phone are impossible.
These folks are obviously a SCAM!
How do I stop them continuing to charge my credit card for products I do NOT want and have returned?
I have sent an email to Oprah and will contact the NC Attorney General's office and The Better Business Bureau if necessary. These merchants need to be stopped! This has been going on for over 1 1/2 months.
