My son needed math tutoring help and unfortunately, I did not research the tutoring company we found. We paid for a one month subscription. There was visible, clear option prompting me to auto renew. I just received notice in my email that the subscription has been renewed and my credit card charged. The quality of instruction was poor and it did not help my son. He stopped using the service after one day. I am taking the time to file this report so others are forewarned.
