My daughter needed help with a math class. We discovered this company online with a Google search. They allowed us to try their service for a month for $19.95. My daughter quickly quit using them after only 3 days because she found their assistance and help to her very inadequate. Unfortunately, "the devil is in the details" in the fine print of their web trial agreement! This company will then continue to "renew your subscription" without any notice to you until you see their charge on your credit card or bank statement. After searching hard to find a contact number, I finally reached them to cancel their idiot subscription. Not only do they rip you off with their fine print, but if you actually get to talk to them, you have to understand a heavy Indian or Bangladesh accent to even have a conversation! This company is the epitome of why websites liked Ripped Off exist! Avoid this company like the plague!
