Auto renew without notice to me or via my VISA account. Difficult to find manner to rectify on site or via phone. I could not find page to change type of payment or payment notification. I could not find email address for customer service. Could not make contact with customer service via telephone. The first time I tried to end auto renew I was signed up for another 3 months, then a single month, then membership stopped without warning and an increase of subscription. I just wanted the subscription to end, now I want a credit for the 4 months of membership in total. $15.00 = tax x 4
