Yes, I totally agree with all the stories I have read about TRI Advantage.
I am currently in contract with them. And no I pay all my bills it just so happens that my company I worked for closed and work is hard to find here. I made small payments to Providian who accepted most of them until I couldn't make consistent payments.
I have quite good credit, I bought a home 2 years ago so this complaint has nothing to do with me making payments.
Yes some people have hard times and well don't look down on them for that.
My experiences have been pretty bad with TRI Advantage. The first person who called me I'd rather forget his name. Rudely started yelling and telling my mother of all people how I don't pay my bill. She was only visiting me. But any way he wasn't nice from the time she answered to the time I got on the phone.
This company is very rude, acting like they are trying to help you well in return we know that they are just doing their job. Which is fine but don't look down on people as if they are the perfect human. I have read some of the entries and its so sad how the rebuttals just put these people down. I agree they look at you only from a piece of paper and they just judge you. I like to look into some of their personal files and then judge them.
