Vanderbilt Mortgage
They are trying to take my home and land. Their representive even went so far as to tell me they know how much land is worth in my area and they could sell it and keep all the money. Ripoff

I have all of my receipts showing I have made all of my payments and I even had them send me a pay history and even there pay history shows I have made all my payments. When I went to make my next month payment they refused it saying I am 3 months behind and they will not take just one payment. I am now owing for 2 months.

When I faxed them the proof and copies of all my payments they said it did not matter what I had that they have had 3 people look at my account and they agree I am now 3 months behind, and they refuse to speak to me about my account unless I intend to make all 3 payments.

Back in May I requested them to stop the direct withdrawls from my bank account. I even sent a letter asking them to stop and they told me over and over that they had. But they did not. I was running all over town taking care of returned items and they were charging me 10.00 for ever return payment. Even though I request on the phone and in writeing to have it discontuned. I had to have the account closed and they still tried to take money for 2 months after that. Now they say that because of all those NSFs it is my fault I have missed the payments.

But when I called to say I can show were you double posted 2 payments for the same month I was told that they did not care there system is correct and I am wrong.

I have gone over and over there pay history and have been fighting with them about this since the end of May 07. I even had a friend who is an attorney call them and they sill will not listen. He tells me we can file a declaratory motion, but all that is, is were the judge will look at there paper work and my receipts and tell them I don't owe the money and that they have to take my payments.

But what happens the next time they double post for the same month I will be in the same boat again.

There customer service is the worest I have ever worked with and I worked for a collection agency and if any of the rep were to speak to the customers that way they would be fired. I have been treated like trash, I have had personal questions asked of my parents and mother in law, there representive has been rude to my father for no reason. I hate to think they can get away with this. I do think they need to be sued and given a rude awakeing that they can't keep treating there customers like this.
