Ripoff, bought products but never recived them, very rude customer service horrible experience

I am totally dissatisfied with this company. I ordered an LCD monitor and a TV tuner card on July 7 after not recieving my order after two weeks I called customer service and was told that my order had been canceled, however i never canceled the order and i had proof that it was taken out of my paypal account. To make a long story short I have talked to five different customer service people who have been extremely rude and very unhelpful telling me that they would forward my proof of payment and etc to the right people however I never heard anything back from them.

Finally I had my mom call and try to get somewhere, however she was treated even worse. When asked to speak with a manager she spoke to some guy who claimed to be a manager and who we later found out that was not even a manager.

These people are very rude and I have never had such a horrible experience in my life! My mom then talked to another manager who we actually hope really is a manager and she was told that the money would be refunded into my account. Big surprise when on the day that they told us the money would be refunded that the money had never been refunded. I am so sick of getting the run around from this company and I will never do business with this company ever again. I want my money back!!!
