I set up a purchase contract and paid $100 down and set up automatic payment from my direct deposit account for $116.39 to come oout of my account once a month. I am owed a total of $680.00. I received a letter stating that they were forced out of business and tried to call them but all numbers were disconnected. I saw the news reports and they stated that the money was non-refundable.
I need help in getting the money back, it wasn't money that I was trying to throw away. It was to go towards my daughters college fund.
