Smc rip me off with membership fees and website. When I decided to leave their website program they kept me website. I paid for it but I really don't own it I am told. It is a template that the company owns rights to. The personnel is rude and poorly trained and the tech support is no support. Calls are not returned and Paul Chang needs to be replaced because he is not good at his job. They are rip off artists and need to be investigated.
