10-24, paid smc $3995.00 to set-up website. Recieved e-mail 11/14, site should be set-up in 2-4 weeks. Called smc 12/27, informed their Tech nathan, thati was unable to find my site. He informed me they sent a e-mail that the site was set-up. He was told to set-up my site or refund my money.
I was told by the tech to fax my refund request, which i did 1/19, received e-mail, my e-commerce website and/or, merchant account and gateway was review and smc had declined my reguest for refund.
This problem could have quickly been resulted had the tech researched, corrected, and re-sent information i needed to utilize the web-site i paid for. I'm disable needing extra income to cover medical needs so i truly do not have $3995.00 to give away. Smc set me up to take my money, this is not right. A complaint was sent by e-mail and U.S. Mail to bbb.
