We ordered a cart from this company in May. He required payment in full by cashier's check prior to "custom making" the hot dog cart, then never delivered cart. Calls and demand letters yielded no results. At one time, owner WALT WEBER said he did not have the cart or the money and made a personal threat to keep us from trying to collect. We gave a stranger $3,000 to get nothing in return. There were no bad reports for him at the Better Business Bureau, and we even knew a person who had dealt with him before. We were told he was slow, but would eventually deliver. We have waited 14 months, and no delivery. We will have to seek a legal remedy.
