AAWP Claims their T&C say a lot of things, but they're unable to be viewed

I began my account with AAWP in December. I purchased a certification course & a
one year membership.

The AAWP renewed my account for 2012 without my knowledge or
permission. I contacted them, asking to stop my charges they told me "You were sent an
auto-email two weeks before renewal, asking if you'd like to cancel but you
didn't." I never received such email.

I responded to their support person, asking to cancel my membership.

I was told that I couldn't, " AAWP membership is a
yearly commitment, per the "terms and conditions" you agreed to upon
course purchase."

Once searching for their terms & conditions on their site I found they were not accessible ANYWHERE.
They had non-working links and the words that would not open a document
of any kind. I took screen shots and sent it to their company to show that I cannot even view their terms & conditions.

They were not helpful. She refused to comment on how their terms & conditions are not accessible. They continued to harp that I initialed them. I never did, not for my renewal. I
asked for a full refund, seeing as their terms & conditions are no accessible, this voids my contract.

I was told "You must agree to them and add your initials before purchase, which you did."
After mentioning I never did this upon the new renewal of my membership
I was told "There is no "new year renewal" Jessica." Even though I was told that I did renew by
not responding to an email.

After expressing my confusion and concern that I can still NOT view their terms & conditions, which
apparently states that I can't cancel and that it automatically renews
I was told that they would "not argue this further."

This is beyond absurd.
How can I follow Terms & Conditions is they are not accessible?

I have since reported them to the BBB and my credit card company (who is now on my side after seeing evidence).

Companies like this, that aren't educated enough to have a terms & conditions, should not be allowed to be in business.
