Crooks, Cheats, Ripoff Artists, they need to pay for what they do to students

The student advisers talk to you and keep putting you off when you want to drop a class untill it is too late and then they make you pay for classes you have not taken. Where do you turn to for help. The goverment needs to stand behind us and help us in these situations.
