Rip-off!

I am responding to another person who was also ripped off from this company. My husband's business recently had dealings with them and he was able to catch them on their tactics before we actually entered into a contract with them. We did not receive the training on the credit card processor they offer, and all the equipment did not come with the order, and there was alot of hidden fees they fell to report to us.

They also failed to tell us at the end of the lease that the credit card machine will not be ours. So, we called the company back advise them by phone conversation and fax letter that we are sending back there machine that we do not want to do business with them and that we are cancelling all transactions at our bank. We thought everything was taken care of and then yesterday we received a letter from there attorney advising we was going to either have to pay for the machine we no longer had or face a lawsuit.

They even called back threatening to do legal actions against all our property which we told them they can go ahead but we are not going to pay for something we do not have or have never used. They also advise that their lease was non-breakable which is not true. As long as you do not received the training the lease is not binding we learn this from other business owners, and the company also broke there lease when they did not ship all the materials as promise.

Also, on further investigation of this company I found that they have been reported several times to the Better Business Bureau for there business practices. The company finally faxed us back and told us they would settle for a mere 1493.00 which we also told them "No". Our attorney stated they are trying to get something for nothing. I believe this business is targeting new business owner as well as well - establish business, and we would love to hear from anyone who has had the same problem.
