I purchased a SONY DCRTRV250 Digital8 camcorder from your website on USAPlaza.com on April 23. Shipping date was scheduled as May 14. The invoice showed the product would ship in 2-4 weeks. Since I was leaving to California on business, I was worried that the package might arrive while I was gone. When I emailed again on May 14th, (LM) replied,
The item you have ordered has been sold out, and we have discontinued the sale of it on our site. I am more than happy to issue you a complete refund immediately.
When I did not see a refund after waiting a week, I emailed again and got this reply from LM:
Your refund is scheduled to be issued to you on Monday, May 31.
It is now June 15. I cannot get any answers and there is no answer at the phone number supplied on the website. I have contacted the police.
