I purchased an Apple Ipod from Jasmine's PreSaleTale Webstore 7/04. Once I placed my order, she contacted me that same evening. She asks her customers to pay by cash or paypal. She stated that my item would ship as soon as my check cleared. It is now 10/19 and still no Ipod or refund. I sent several emails and filed a report with the San Bernandino County Sherriffs dept. She sent 1 final email indication that she would send my refund by the end of Sept, which never arrived. If anyone has a lawsuit or is interested in filing one please email me at tpena1@cfl. RR.com. She should not gt away with this! I know that you work hard for your money as I do. We can't let this continue.
