Tax refund thrird party debit and passing or selling loan

I went to de vry in long beach calif in 1995. River forest bank was the lender. Ecmc broght the loan, what a night mare, i faced the loan and started paying, they called me in 2006 and stated i could be out of default deducting from my mom account. 6 months later they sold my loan to cslf. Then sold it to pioneer. Then to nco. The collection loan goes up. Im sueing ecmc for deceptive collection practices. My paperwork has been sent to the f t c
