Educational Credit Management Corporation ECMC attempts to commit a pre-amble for fraud on old student loans

3/31/10 ECMC mails a letter to my home explaining of the recent theft of PII. I called the hot line, because I had never heard of them and was concerned that they were not only negligent, but had my info in the first place.information provided to me was such that I was in default on at least one loan, and that it was active. The loans were roughly 20 years old.
