In March I've purchased 2 Station PoP Oxygen Equipment through Bob Stonia (The General Manager) of PopOxygen. Bob told me (and, actually it is specified on their website http://www.popoxygen.com/howitworks.htm) that there is 30 days return policy.
For several reasons, this equipment didn't satisfy me, and I've returned it back within 30 days. Bob verified via email that they have got it back and he is starting the refunding process which should take about 4 weeks. After 4 weeks passed, I've tried to contact him, but every time the receptionist was telling me that he is unavailable. Once, when I've got the same answer from receptionist, I've asked my friend to call Bob, and, amazingly, she was connected right away. Basically, he was and is avoiding me, because he doesn't want to hear my question: Where is my money? It is already almost 3 month passed, but I still didn't get my refund, and, still cannot get hold of Bob Stonia. I've filed complain with Better Business Bureau, but didn't get any reply.
PopOxygen owes me $3,661.00.
I am wondering if I ever will be able to get it back.
