I was charged $29 late fee for 2 months in a row when I mailed the payment 10 days in advance. I have never had a problem with any other creditors received my payments on time.
The first month, I called and was told that they would not refund my late fee becuase it was the second fee in 12 months. I did have 1 legit late fee due to my own error. I was upset but decided to write that one off.
The next month I was very careful to send my payment 10 days before due and I recieve another late fee! This time I just called and canceled my account because I knew they would certianly not consider crediting me again.
I did speak to a supervisor and voiced my anger and concern that this was a late fee scam and once agian they were unsympathetic.
I will now aviod BestBuy and never use a HRS credit card again!!
