Called 9/15/03 spoke with Nora, did not have claim so faxed to 800-886-8370
Called 9/22/03 and they said they did not get the fax
Faxed again 9/22/03
Called 9/23/03 and still did not receive fax-wait 72 hours
Called 10-6-03 and Mark said the offer was closed
