I believe that the NADN is the biggest ripoff and fraudulent company out there. Now why are the authorities not doing anything about this? This is no secret. They have been ripping people off for a number of years now.
There are several avenues to follow. I am in the fortunate situation of having a high income and some cash to spare. I am going to institute legal proceedings against
1) The radio station, AND the radio jockey who did the radio infomercial.in ny case, it is Z93, in Atlanta Georgia. This may just get the message to the radio stations and the individuals who are party to this scam. They are rip-off artists in themselves. I would like to hear from others in the Atlanta region who were ripped off by Z93 radio station.
Lets hit them with a law suit. Truth in advertising is a legal requirement, not a suggestion. If we cannot go after NADN, find out the details of the radio stations, sue the jocks individually, and also report the NADN advertising agents to the FTC. The NADN could not be so effective without a huge network of "helpers", ie the radio stations, jocks, advertising agencies, etc. They have a solid and pursuasive campaign.
2) The state of Nevada for withholding information. Its all very well to have laws that protect legitimate corporations from litigious individuals, but not acceptable to protect criminal behavior.
3) Whenever NADN calls me, I first ask for a name, then I inform that person that I am reporting them personally to the FTC and will seek legal recourse from them personally. This usually works. These individuals are commission based, they are just as guilty.
4) I log onto the websites mallforall and shopn2000 every day. I spend about 10 minutes hitting the offers click-thru on random zip codes. I figure if we all do this, we can help each other out.
5) Finally, be sure to report the interest on the notes in your taxes, that way the IRS can see that INCOME is being received by NADN and will expect payment for it. Also add the charges by Oryan management
