On 5-20 I purchased (online) a self improvement program from Dr. Kilstein with the understanding that I could review the program for 30 days. If I was dissatisfied for any reason I would receive a refund. All I would have to do is send an email to receive a refund, I sent three emails in the 30 day period. I even tried to call the phone number for otc publishing. No body would answer the phone. I believe people should be ethical enough to do what they say they are going to do. I will never do buisiness with Dr. Harlan Kilstein again.
