I purchased the "Breakout Incomes" program with their up grades. It was stated on their internet advertisement that the program had a one week return policy if it wasn't to your liking. The program was purchased mid-day Tuesday and I sent them an email on Thursday (May 31), two days after purchase, to return the program for a refund. I have sent them a total of 4 emails and have made three phone calls to them with no response. The phone calls to their customer service department gets nothing more than a 28 minute wait with a recording asking you to leave your name, reason for the call and phone number and still no one responds. They also won, t respond to my emails.
