Fare Start has orientations every Tuesday morning. After the orientation a intake appointment is set up. At my appointment Rob Light sent me to apply for medical coverage that I didn't qualify for in order to see a doctor for a check up that was not necessary. At that point I called him with the news and he changed the criteria, saying I didn't need to see a doctor after all.instead of having me back to fill out paper work that same day he said come Monday for another appointment to fill out paper work. Monday he called me to cancel, said he was sick but did not reschedule. Told me to call back Tuesday the day of another orientation. I called the main office wanting to meet with a different intake coordinator, they said no. I called today on Tuesday, Rob did not answer. I also called to talk to upper management, they have not called me back. Another orientation is taking place today and I still don't know if I am accepted into the program or what my start date will be if ever. They wasted a week of my time so far! I think they are ignoring me hoping I will go away. They will do the same to you if they don't like you. I recommend boycotting their restaurants until they can reestablish them self as providing equal opportunity.
