Nextel has a policy to commit fraud on a regular basis. The reps tell you the phone won't be activated until you, the customer, do so via dialling an 800 number. I asked for something similar to the discontinued i95 and was sent the 530- no where near what I wanted and, if I had been told the TRUTH, I never would have ordered the phone.

Immediately sent the phone back and was told I had an open and active account, aan early termination fee would be charged, and they refused to cancel the account. They never gave me a phone number or account number though. Spoke with their corporate office, sure you'll get your refund. Call back to check 2days later and am told "No" your refund is denied. Someone needs to step up and shut down there actions of fraud. It appears this is a billion dollar company only because they don't refund money and earn the interest on the money they hold back. I pray that a competitor challenges their stronghold on the market and drives NEXTEL OUT OF BUSINESS.
