I enrolled at South University online classes and all was well until I had to with draw for personal reasons. Once I withdrew I was sent a bill saying I owed them $1266.00 that loans did not pay. I called and asked for an itemized list and they would not send one. After calling and emailing a rep named Brandon sent me an email saying it was going to be turned over to collections I called him and he stated that they had sent a portion back to Sallie Mae and Dept of Education I contacted them on 3 different times and eveytime they tell me no refund was sent back to them.
So I would not deal with this School at all. I got a letter today stating it was turned over to collection and I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General office in hopes we can stop this sorry school. They will not email me or contact me on this issue but Fraud was comitted and it is wrong...
