Purchased book called Outlines & Highlights for: Social Problems by Eitzen - Cram 101 Textbook reviews. An idiot could have put together a better outline. No relevance to Eitzen's text or the issues covered. I paid $9.95 for this garbage. Thinking I sure got taken on this book, I tossed it aside to but in my goodwill bag. End of story! No. My credit card has been hit 3 more times to date for $9.95 from Scott Parfitt's, Academic Internet Pub. Never heard of this company. Never used or even know what their services are. No email address and phone is answered by voice mail. Left messages but calls are not returned.
My bank's fraud department is looking into this.
