I noticed some rare books I wanted to buy from a seller on ebay. So arrangements were made for me to buy 12 books from Mr. Spess for the price of $1,455.98 with shipping. Though I saw the books on ebay he convinced me not to buy through ebay so he could avoid the fees. He sold me the books through his book store, BRIDGEWAY ACADEMIC BOOKSELLERS, instead.
He sells books through abebooks.com under the same name. He also sells books under the ebay name of asvin and the ebay store name Rare Book And Art Room.
After I was told returns would be alright I sent the package back to Mr. Spess unopened for a refund. Since I returned the books I have had no contact with Mr. Spess, he has not answered any of my phone calls or replied to any of my emails. I have two phone numbers for him; 505-751-3229 & 505-758-1324. His email is [email protected].
I am a student and need this money back, not his books, so I can buy books that pertain more to my studies. Mr. Spess stole money from my pocket, please help me keep him from doing the same thing to other people.
