I recently recieved a letter from this company for my 5th grade daughter. She was supposedly nominated to be in their book. But, there is a problem. The letter was sent to an address we have not resided at for several years, and my daughter was not in school when we resided there. It seems to me that anyone that has legitimate access to my daughters academic records or knowledge of her academic achievements in order to nominate her would know her address for the past 6 years.
Where did they get her name? Public records? I cant see how this could possibly be used as a credible reference for college etc. Sure they may post your childs name in a book, but what will that actually be worth. Just wanted to let everyone know of this occurance to help people form their own openion of the value of their offer.
