Internet Studios Spain SL, InternetStudios.org This company took a $1,500.00 course deposit and refused refund when course not offered

StudyLanguages.org offers foreign based language studies. My daughter signed up for a course to study Spanish in Costa Rica.

Studylanguages.org only accepts payment by money transfer. A $1,500.00 payment was sent to StudyLanguages.org to pay for course study in Costa Rica.

StudyLanguages.org claimed that the deposit was never received until it was too late for my daughter to attend. Once StudyLanguages.org acknowledged that they received the deposit they used many excuses as to why the $1,500.00 payment could not be returned. None of their excuses had anything to do with the course, only the means of repayment. To this date StudyLanguages.org has refused to return our $1,500.00 payment.
