On 7-25-03, my vehicle was in need of repair. According to the covered compenents listed in my contract, Platinum Warranty Corp. Approved a reimbursement of $307.50. As of today, 11-24-03 I have not received my reimbursement.
I have called countless times to find out when will I receive my APPROVED REIMBURSEMENT, and I have been given every exuse except that GOD ALMIGHTY will be delivering it personally.
I wentas far to inquire if the company has been taken over by someone else, and I was assured that that was not the case. I even suggested that the supervisor, or anyone for that matter just give e the FACTS instead of frustrating me. If Platinum Warrenty just told me &YOU'LL NEVER SEE THIS MONEY, SO STOP CALLING... I would at least appreciate the honesty.instead they continue to make excuses after almost 5 months of waiting.
Something needs to be done about these types of scams that violate consumers.
