The first thing that happen was that the report I received in the internet was very short, one page it was only listing two of the 10 credit cards i had. I could not printed. I assumed that I would receive a hard copy by mail with a full report as it was indicated in the internet.
Few daya passed and I did not received any information, I decided to call them but there was not phone number available, so i sent e-mail on December 17 which I still happen to have. The subject was: cancelling membership and read as follow
"To whom it may concern:
I would like to cancell any type of membership that I have with your company. I find it very dissappointing that I have being unable to talk to anyone from your company about the report that I received. There is not
phone number provided so that people could express their concerns.

I got a reply (which i should have in my office e-mail record) saying that i had to call. After several tries i finally was able to talk to a person who indicated that i would not be charged.
Today i was looking at my banking statement I noticed that i was charged 79.95 for a service I never received. Then i decided to look at my statement from december I noticed that I was also charged on december 19 the same amount.
