Evelyn Touchette offered a Leasing Consultant class that was suppose to be a real estate class, that was on June 16 and assure everyone including my sister and Friends that she would place on a job assignment with in weeks it has now been two months and everyone keeps saying they never can get in touch with this lady. After further investigating her I come to find out that you can not offer a leasing class unless your are a real estate Broker, which she clearly is not. This certificate is not recognized in Texas or any other state this was clearly a rip off after searching for real estate brokers in Database she did not come up I also made some calls around to confirm that I was correct this lady is a scammer and I want my money back. I've called her all too many time and emailed her she will not call back answer messages or even email that is not professional at all the so called leasing pamphlet that she had us go through she skipped through the majority of it. No apartment is going to hire us based off of a piece of meaning less paper.
