I agree w / other consumers about abc distributing being a rif off. I've just had a bad experience I sent back 5 screens in one package i had the tracking # plus i mailed it from work so i could look on my computer and see when they received it back and by who and the time and date. This happened in july since july i constanly receive statements and emails your accounts is past due your account is on hold.
I've tried to call but the only hours of operation are work hrs and i cant hold for 15-20 mins at work. I did get finally get ahold of someone on my day off and she told me to fax her the information and she'd take it off my account that was the 1st of oct now its the middle of nov and it still hasnt been taken care of.
I called again after 5 tries i reached someone and i told her i faxed it to this certain customer service rep and she did not take care of it, plus when i received another email a week after speaking to the first cust rep i faxed it again. Well i spoke to this cust rep she told me she'd take care of it, well dont be surprised it still hasnt been taken care. This company is just the worst the to deal w / i tought dell computers cust ser was aweful no ABC is!
I've not been turned over to an attorney for 14.40 nor my credit but i keep trying to call them again i want my account canceled and no more books or emails. They are a rip off some of the stuff is great other is crap but at work we all order together, but they send stuff separtley, than shipping is more. I'm so disguised w / this company, i've emailed i dont know what else to do, i hope people stop buying from this company.
