ABC Distributing
Did not provide customer svc for order not received ripoff

I placed an order with ABC Distributing in December. I never received my order. I have been calling every Monday to follow-up on the progress of my complaint. I'm told something different everytime I call the customer service number.

I have faxed over a letter asking for help as well as mailing in a letter. To this date I have not received my order. There has to be a better way for this Company to track packages down. I never signed for the package.

Sadly to say, I don't won't a credit to my account. I just want ABC Distributing to replace the package that someone fraudulently signed my name to.

ABC Distributing has to come up with a better way to service customers of this sort. After all, money is to hard to come by these days. Who has money to pay for a package that someone else has, and call the company everyday to report the fraud. And, on top of that pay for faxes to be sent informing the Company of the lost.in addition to mailing a letter to report the fraud.

Please Help!
