A unknown person falsifying his name, trying to sale education items, had me sign some paper, that would just send me different products, but instead sent me kid books, and gave me bad credit which is

Hello my name is Nickolas * and i am a victim of Metro Educational Enterprises. First of all it was some older man walking around on military housing area, trying to have married couples look at kid toys and books, i was not interested, so he asked if i wanted to have a booklet that shows every product, he said all i had to do was just sign this small paper with my name, and he also ask for my social security number so that he could verify if i was a military person, now this is on my credit report and it wont go away
