Thanks to this website, I was almost ripped off by NADN. I just had a "gut" feeling that NADN was not up to par. I did a little research on the net and came across this website. Like almost everyone else, I called in on a national syndicated conservative talk show and requested for free information. The sales person I called, gave me the pitch and it sounded like it was a good deal at the time. The so-called service was priced at $1700. The sales person told me he could guarantee me at least 3 to 7 thousand dollars in a refund. Well the same night that I agreed, I so happened to stumble across this site, and other sites listing pending lawsuits from state Attorney Generals. Thank Goodness! I immediately called my credit card company, luckily my card had not been processed yet. Their mistake! I explained the situation to the operator and told them about what I had discovered and the credit card company backed me. I was not charged, but NADN tried to call me for several days asking for the money. I just directed them to the pending law suits and told them I was not going to be another victim and that I was going to spread the word about their business practices. My legal insurance policy refered me to an attorney that told me that he would be happy to file on them, because he believes in "justice" for all consumers. I did not need to use him because like I said my credit card company helped me. If you need help in your legal matter with NADN.
