Ripoff. I called today to cancel order and was on hold for 15 min

I thought it was odd, that they wanted to publish 10 plus poems of mine, so I looked and found pages & pages of negative articles. I just tried to call them to cancel the book I ordered this past weekend and was on hold for 15 minutes. Who's got that kind of money to sit on hold long distance? I still can't reach them.
