I order one video to teach how to work windows 7 they send video for windows vista also a lot of I don, t need and no address to return merchandise. I need a return address. They charge me 399.95 all i order on was one video. I am man of86 years on fix income i can't afford to have people put charge on my credit card without my knowledge
