I spoke with a representative at your company in the end of July or first week of August. They gave me directions to cancel my contract, You will need to call by the end of September. I did that then I was transferred to 6 different people, in which nobody could help.
Out of those 6 people only 1 person notated your system. Joyce stated since nobody notated the system, it wasn't your company's fault that you made a mistake on the directions you gave me previously. If only 1 person notated the system after I spoke with 6 people (all 6 pulled my account up), don't you think that is your companies error.
I Believe your company needs to take responsibility for their errors. I should not have to go another year of paying for an alarm, I don't even have. I am sending a copy of this to the better business bureau.
I will be contacting an attorney (don't know how good that will be) but I will definetly let everyone I speak with now about your company, your mistakes, and the price that it has caused for me and my family. ($360.00 for something I don't even use)
Your company did not let anyone know you had an automatic contract renewal after your 3 years were up, that you had to send something in writing 30 days before your contract was up for renewal instead they told me to call.
The location of the verbage about the 30day notice is at the bottom of the contract (the part you do not see when you sign) because your signature is located above the 30 day notice verbage.
