American Writers & Artists Institute - Michael Masterson
Potentially bad business - trying to find objective info or people who've been involved with AWAI

I recently received a mailing from a 'school' in Florida called the American Writers and Artists Institute. They advertise a copywriting course for direct mail sales, and suggest that one may earn thousands of dollars for writing these letters (after you take their course, which costs roughly $547).

It sounds way too good to be true, but I decided to try and check out the company to see if they are reputable, or just another scam. So far, I haven't been able to find any unbiased information about the company. If anyone has any objective information about American Writers and Artists institue, please post it here. I, and several others, would really appreciate it.
