This man who claims to be the founder of Blue Star Business Institute is traveling all over the United States claiming to need public speakers-he invites them to come to his free one day seminar and if they like what they see they can work for his institute as a public speaker and make fantastic money—the catch is they have to pay for the 4 day seminar—people are desperate and he claims they will be guaranteed speaking engagements at the mimimum of 2 per month at 6,000 per speaking engagement. He also offers to teach at his newly formed institute and they can make even more money again all you have to do is pay for the 4 day. Nothing is in writing and how he is making money is taking unemployed peoples money for the 4 day seminar. No other person at the seminar pays to go to the training. He tells potential speakers he is going to invest thousands of dollars in making them instructors and public speakers and they will become millionaires within a year. This organization has a person named Margo Bush who also runs adds looking for writers wanting to be published—Mr. Vega also tells everyone they will get a book published and he guarantees that—what he doesn't tell them is that they will pay to get their book published—people beware and hold onto your money and remember if he sounds too good to be true it is because it is too good to be true.
