Phone Number FAX Number I ordered books from this company one year ago, and paid for the books after numerous request for payment, today I got the same bill that was paid, more that a yer ago

I ordered books and paid for them now I am receiving another bill one year after payment was made. There was no telephone number on the bill. An online search revealed contact information. I called customer service and was informed that the bill was not paid, and I must provide proof of payment
