I took admission in the school paying the required fees upfront. After training just 10 hours, I realized that they were a fraud, using uncertified instructors and unfit planes to teach students. They were willingly risking students lives by cutting corners and making huge safety compromises.
I decided to opt out of the course, and fly with another school. The contract I had signed with them permitted me to opt out and seek a full refund. When i applied for a refund, I was promised a check in the mail.
I never recieved any check in the mail. Though I live in Maryland, I flew three times to confront them for a refund. Each time they promised me a future date. I was told by the admission clerk, that I am not the only one not being refunded the fees, but there is a long line of people ahead of me.
I was also told that their lack of maintenance had caused a fatal plane crash, killing a student and an instructor. They prey on international students who do not have any rights are are wet behind the ears about legal rights here.
Please do not deal with this school at all. Do not risk your life or money.
