Students beware very aware of the greedy and unfair practices of The University of Phoenix Online. I have been a student at this school for about five months now and I must say that this is the sorriest and most pathetic excuse for a college I have ever seen. First their fees are out of sight, their administration is completely incompetent and their teachers do not even teach.in fact the instructors do not post any information that is of any value and expect the students to learn everything without the assistance of a professor. Also their Outlook Web Access (the way many students access courses online) is down at least 4 times per month and is usually for at least 12 hours and sometimes as much as 2 days. Also the school will not support their students if they have a problem with a class or instructor. Furthermore the school forces you to stay in year round so they can line their greedy pockets with your money. Also I am still waiting on financial aid that applied for in May. My advice is stay very very very far away from the university of phoenix online because they are only interested in getting your money
