We tried to use it again with no luck.
We phoned (within the extended time Elly had allowed) and were told by WordSmart's Mark that we had waited too long... The extension Elly had given had expired. He basically then called me a liar. I asked to speak to Elly.
We were transferred to another person. He asked that we "FAX a letter requesting a return to the WordSmart board of directors." "they will reply within 90 days".
The only thing that gives me comfort is that WordSmart also tricked Alex Trebec.
